JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is a fast-growing DTC brand specializing in ergonomic comfort products for crafters and gamers. Originally designed for gamers, the brand evolved as crafters organically adopted our product, now making up over 60% of our sales. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Media Buyer to join our team and help scale our paid advertising efforts.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer with deep expertise in Meta Ads—specifically with cost caps and bid caps. This is a must-have requirement, and applicants without prior experience managing campaigns using cost/bid caps will not be considered. The ideal candidate should also have experience across other paid media channels, including Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads, and SnapChat. Experience with native ad platforms like Outbrain and Taboola is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Strategically manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns, focusing on cost caps and bid caps to drive efficient ROAS and scale campaigns.

Continuously test and iterate creative, audience segmentation, and bid strategies to maximize performance.

Manage and scale campaigns across Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads, and SnapChat.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance.

Stay up-to-date with paid media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for scaling.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives tailored for different platforms.

Implement audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and lookalike audiences to enhance performance.

(Nice to Have) Manage and experiment with native advertising platforms like Outbrain and Taboola.

Required Qualifications

? Expertise in Meta Ads with cost caps and bid caps—this is a non-negotiable requirement.? Proven experience managing six-figure monthly ad budgets while maintaining strong ROAS.? Experience running ads on multiple platforms, including Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads, and SnapChat.? Strong analytical skills—ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.? Experience with audience targeting, segmentation, and ad creative testing.? Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet performance goals.? Strong communication skills to report campaign performance and suggest optimizations.? Proficiency with ad tracking, attribution tools, and analytics platforms.

Nice to Have

? Experience with native ad platforms like Outbrain and Taboola.? Familiarity with eCommerce brands, specifically DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) businesses.? Prior experience in the crafting, gaming, or ergonomic products niche is a plus but not required.
