ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for 2 part-time eventually full-time customer support representatives to join our ecommerce team. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve order issues, and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience for our customers.
This is a long-term, ongoing role with potential to grow into a full-time position.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Respond to customer
- Resolve order issues — tracking, delays, missing items, returns, and refunds
- Coordinate with suppliers to get shipment updates for customers
- Log and escalate complex issues when needed
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating
REQUIREMENTS
- Direct experience working in ecommerce dropshipping (this is required — please do not apply without this experience)
- Familiar with the dropshipping order flow: customer places order, you coordinate with supplier, track shipment, resolve issues
- Strong written English communication skills
- Experience with helpdesk tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
- Reliable internet connection and available to work set hours
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience supporting a branded or private-label online store
- Familiar with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
