Experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY UNDERSTAND THE VARIOUS TYPES OF ROOFING. A pre-requisite to working for us, after the interviews, is doing a couple estimates just on Excel so we can see that you do understand the types of roofing systems we are estimating.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up roofing (BUR), metal roofing, tile roofing, shingle roofing, and coatings. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to prepare accurate, competitive bids that meet both client specifications and company standards.

You must know how to read a set of plans, or look at photos and online measurements to gain understanding of the scope of work that is needed.

Monthly pay will vary depending on experience and knowledge. We are looking for someone who can review our takeoffs and base estimates and modify according to site conditions, unusual conditions, and all other details. We have a CRM with pricing all pre-loaded, but it is still up to you to know what is needed to input, and when certain conditions warrant extra charges.
