About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. You will act as the main administrative liaison between Mediatasks and our client for a running project, ensuring smooth project execution, effective communication, and administrative support. This role also involves coordinating with internal teams and third-party collaborators to ensure all tasks are aligned and completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary contact between the client and Mediatasks, ensuring clear and timely updates.
- Address client queries and relay information to internal teams as needed.

2. Project Coordination:
- Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Use Nifty Project Management to track and manage tasks effectively.

3. Administrative Support:
- Manage reports, documents, and scheduling to keep the project running smoothly.
- Maintain accurate records of hours worked (your own and the service team’s) using Google Sheets.

4. Task Management:
- Assign and oversee tasks using project management tools.
- Ensure all deadlines are met and flag potential delays to stakeholders.

5. Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and document key meetings, ensuring follow-ups and action points are addressed.
- Organize project-related documents in Google Workspace for easy access by relevant teams.

6. Data Quality Checks:
- Regularly review CRM data and project reports to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and resolve any inconsistencies in records or reporting.

Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Communication: You must have excellent verbal and written UK English communication skills (you will liaise with international clients) and be confident on camera.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Nifty PM), Google Sheets, and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- Work Hours: 3-4 hours per day, between 10 AM - 2 PM GMT (Philippines Time: 6 PM - 10 PM).
- Tech Requirements: Stable internet connection, laptop/computer, and a quiet workspace.
