Compensation:

$1,200/ month base
$5k/month sales quota
+ 10% commission on any revenue after $12k/month
Estimated $500-4,000/month commission payouts per month

You are expected to deliver results:

This is not a sales job where you collect a paycheck for trying. You are expected to show up and deliver results.
If within 90 days you have not closed new accounts, or do not show adequate activity and follow ups per the responsibilities laid out, you will be let go.

You will be given leads. You will be given sales coaching. The CEO will support you on deals in the early stages to help you get a -win. You will be given all of the tools you need to succeed. Yet you must deliver results if you want to stay in this role.

Expectations:

- In your first 3 months, we will expect you to hit your quota. You will start with a steady flow of new inbound leads, and referrals from Content Allies.
- Additionally, we have prepared email campaigns targeting every Content Allies customer who did not close due to budget constraints.
- A rate card has already been created and a foundational sales process established by the CEO.
- All conditions are set up from day one for you to close new business. Therefore, we expect you to hit your quota within 3 months and start earning sales commissions.
