We are seeking a Part-Time superstar Business Development Representative STARTING ASAP WHO IS AN EXPERT WITH COLD CALLING to provide support to our growing team! We are a North American based company who believes in providing exceptional customer service.

If you are a dedicated BDR who is a great team player, is willing to learn, holds 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales (bonus if you have Canada/USA experience) and is comfortable working a GRAVEYARD POSITION (9PM - 5AM PHILIPPINES TIME ZONE)

About the Opportunity:

As a Business Development Representative, your responsibilities will include:

-Cold Calling Businesses
-Booking Appointments
-CRM Management
-Reporting directly to the CEO
-Working Hours: Part-Time (M-F EST TIME ZONE)
-Time Zone: 9PM – 5AM PHILIPPINES TIME ZONE
-Salary: Commission only
-Commission: Paid for Appointments and Closed deals
-Start Date: ASAP

Job Requirements/Skills Needed:

-You are an expert at building relationships with Business owners
-A professional level of written/spoken English, you must be fluent and comfortable speaking with potential clients
-You hold a degree and/or 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
-Bonus if you are familiar with BPO/Shared Service Industry
-Working Nightshift is an absolute MUST
-MUST have a clear and strong internet connection with a BACK-UP GENERATOR if you are working from your home office (minimum 50 Mbps)
-Must provide your own laptop/work equipment
