JOB OVERVIEW

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Amazon Operations Virtual Assistant. You will be responsible for overseeing our Amazon account's health, managing inventory flows, and delivering an exceptional 5-star customer experience. You will work closely with leadership to execute operational strategies, manage daily workflows, and maintain our internal SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory & Logistics Management: Forecast inventory needs based on historical sales, manage inventory planning, and track shipments between our Suppliers, AWD and Amazon FBA to maintain an optimal 90% in-stock rate.
* Supplier Coordination & Purchasing: Communicate directly with suppliers to place production orders, negotiate timelines, and track end-to-end shipment information to ensure timely delivery to warehouses.
* Account & Listing Health: Routinely monitor account health, ensure total listing compliance, quickly resolve policy warnings, and maintain correct parent/child variation links.
* Case & Reimbursement Management: Create, review, and follow up on Amazon support cases and reimbursement claims within 24 hours of receipt.
* Customer Experience: Promptly answer customer inquiries and manage both product and seller reviews within a strict 24-hour window.
* Product Launches & Upkeep: Coordinate with Product Development and SKU Optimization teams to prepare for and execute new product launches or optimize existing listings.
* Task & Project Tracking: Timely complete daily operational routines and assigned project milestones via Asana.

Required Proficiencies & Experience:
* Proven background and clear understanding of managing Amazon seller accounts and general operations.
* Experience in customer service and review management.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently execute processes and document SOPs.
* Proficiency with digital tools: Asana, Slack, Excel/Google Sheets, and Loom.

Technical & Workplace Requirements:
* Reliable, high-speed internet connection with a proven backup option (e.g., pocket Wi-Fi, secondary provider) in case of primary ISP failure.
* A dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for recording Loom videos and completing deep-focus work.
* Commitment to proactive communication: providing clear End-of-Day (EOD) updates and highlighting potential bottlenecks early.
