Experienced Amazon Logistics Coordinator

Our company currently does $14mm/yr in sales, and we’re hiring strategic teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to help us 10X that number in 12-24 months.

This role is for a highly skilled Amazon expert who loves challenges and wants to see the impact of their work on the company’s growth. You will be working as the right-hand person under the Logistics Manager.

You’ll serve under the primary “logistics” person within our E-commerce business, and your work will have a direct revenue impact.

For this role, you’ll be responsible for the following:
- Forecasting & restocking based on our KPIs
- Working with Brands to place orders
- Coordinating freight across jurisdictions
- Working with 3PLs to prep & transfer inventory
- Keeping our inventory management system up-to-date & accurate
- Creating shipments in Amazon, Walmart, Deliverr, and other platforms
- Making sure no shipments get stuck or delayed
- Taking over as much as possible from our current Logistics Manager

The right person is someone who naturally has a “growth mindset” and has a track record of being able to coordinate externally to make sure orders are placed and shipments arrive on time.

You’re the perfect fit for this role if you have:

- You are an excellent verbal & written communicator
- You execute with a sense of urgency (same day, same week)
- You’re detailed oriented
- You’re hyper-vigilant about following Amazon’s terms of service
- You can solve problems and make thoughtful decisions without “relying on a manager”
- You can see yourself leading a team in the future
