JOB OVERVIEW

Executive Virtual Manager (EVM) Position

Company: Elevation Academy, LLC (Operating as Crown Realty Experts and Ambassadress Ministries International)
Location: Remote
Salary: $5 per hour, with a performance review at 90 days and annually
Hours: Flexible, with one to two weekly meeting scheduled in CST after two weeks of training

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing: Assist with creating and managing content using AI tools, posting across platforms, and engaging with audiences.

Property Management Support: Create lease documents, manage tenant communications, post bills for payment, handle work orders for repairs, and manage back-office tasks.

Training: Complete the KREM Real Estate Agent AI Certification program.

Weekly TeaUpgrade to see actual infoeting: Participate in one to two weekly check-in meeting (CST).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (required)

Proven experience in one or more of the following: social media marketing, property management, executive assistance, or virtual office management.

Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a self-starter.

Ability to work independently and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Proficiency with social media platforms and familiarity with property management software (preferred but not required).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with AI-driven marketing tools

Knowledge of lease document preparation and tenant management

Customer service experience
