Job Overview:
As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Concussion Media, I’m looking for an Executive Assistant who can help manage my day-to-day responsibilities, streamline workflows, and ensure operational efficiency. This role is key to enabling me to focus on strategic initiatives while you take ownership of administrative and project management tasks.
You’ll work closely with me to coordinate schedules, organize priorities, and help maintain smooth communication across our team and partners.
This position is a full-time role. Work hours will be determined weekly and will be commensurate with Easter Standard Time business hours (Florida, USA). Rate is $500/month US. Concussion Media offers employees a competitive base salary plus bonuses based on experience and performance growth; we strive to promote high performers within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Administrative Support:
Manage and prioritize my
Review AI-generated meeting notes (e.g., Fireflies.ai) and organize actionable tasks in ClickUp.
Schedule my meetings with internal employees, vendors, and partners.
Maintain, update, and help create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with my guidance to ensure workflow consistency.
Project Management:
Help reorganize ClickUp and assist in setting up the structure of the workspace to improve efficiency and clarity.
Monitor tasks and deadlines within ClickUp to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain and analyze reports in Google Sheets for performance insights.
Collaborate with tea
Social Media Support:
Post on
Marketing and Research Support:
Conduct research to support our lead generation campaigns.
Assist in preparing campaign performance reports and identifying optimization opportunities.
Provide general support for marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be proficient in ClickUp and Google Sheets—no training will be provided for these tools.
Experience with the following tools:
Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
Facebook
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills: Experience in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), video editing, or digital marketing lead generation.
