Paint Pro Coaching helps painting business owners scale with clarity, structure, and intention. Our clients are growing fast, and so are we. We're looking for a sharp, driven Executive Assistant & Setter to support the owner directly and keep our sales engine running smoothly.

About the Role

This is a high-trust, high-impact seat. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the owner and the sales team, owning the follow-up, the organization, and the behind-the-scenes systems that let everyone perform at their best. You'll be talking with business owners daily, so polish and professionalism aren't optional; they're the standard.

What You'll Do

Support the owner directly with scheduling, inbox management, task tracking, and day-to-day priorities

Support the sales team with follow-ups, DMs, and email outreach

Track and manage prospects through the pipeline so no lead falls through the cracks

Help onboard new clients and ensure a smooth, professional first experience

Build and manage automations and email campaigns in Go High Level

Use AI tools and prompts to stay organized, move faster, and support the role

Keep communication tight, professional, and responsive across the board

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or administrative professional (required)

Hands-on experience with Go High Level (required), automations and email campaign experience strongly preferred

Exceptional organization and follow-through — nothing slips

Strong, professional written and verbal communication

Comfortable interacting directly with business owners

High initiative, you anticipate needs and solve problems before they become problems

Fluent in English (required)

Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and stay organized
