Position: Project Manager

Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)

Compensation:

- Starting at 300 USD per client per month
- Manage up to 5 clients, with a total potential monthly compensation of 1,500 USD

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and the leader of their dedicated virtual teams. Your role will include delegating tasks, setting up weekly calls, managing communication, and providing regular updates to ensure client satisfaction and project success. You will also oversee various projects across different domains, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and high standards of work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Set up and conduct weekly client calls.
- Communicate effectively with clients through email, text, and other forms of communication to provide consistent and constant updates.
- Proactively suggest improvements and enhancements based on industry best practices.
- Ensure immediate and fast communication between the agency and clients during normal working hours (12 p.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time).

Project Coordination:

- Manage and oversee various client projects across different domains such as marketing, social media management, web design, web development, and automation.
- Delegate tasks to team members, including senior and junior developers.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct daily check-ins with the team to review tasks and address any issues.
- Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Track and manage time using ClickUp for project management and Hubstaff for time tracking.
- Review and approve timesheets, provide daily reports on what was done and by whom, and update clients rigorously to ensure satisfaction and constant progress updates.

Project Oversight:

- Track project progress and time management using appropriate tools.
- Review and generate monthly reports for clients.
- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving client projects and achieving business goals.
- Utilize AI and other advanced tools to complete tasks faster and better, aligning with the company's motto of doing things 100 times faster than any other company.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data and user feedback to continuously improve client projects.

Initial Client Familiarization:

- Invest time to understand client businesses, goals, and objectives at the beginning, which may require additional unpaid effort to become familiar with our clients and their needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong Eye for Web Design: Must be able to critically evaluate websites and identify design and functionality issues.
- Experience in Web Development/Design: Prior experience in web design or development is essential.
- Project Management Experience: Proven track record of managing projects and leading teams to successful outcomes.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Obsession with Efficiency and Productivity: Must have a passion for improving efficiency and productivity, with a strong interest in artificial intelligence.
- Note: Mention the word Christmas in your response for an expedited interview process.
- Strong Understanding of AI Tools: In-depth knowledge of ChatGPT and other AI tools.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Must be able to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in Project Management: PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.
- Knowledge of SEO and Digital Marketing: Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with CMS Platforms: Proficiency in using and managing content management systems like WordPress, Shopify, etc.
- Graphic Design Skills: Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Compensation and Time Commitment:

- Starting Compensation: 300 USD per month for managing one client.
- Initial Hourly Rate: 7 USD per hour for the first 30 days of employment, with an expectation to allocate approximately 90 minutes per client/project per day.
- After 30 Days: If 100% client satisfaction is achieved, the hourly rate will increase to 8 USD starting on day 31.
- After 60 Days: With continued 100% client satisfaction, the hourly rate will further increase to 9 USD.
- Payment will be made within 24 hours after receipt of the invoice.
- The Agency agrees to reimburse pre-approved expenses and costs as indicated on invoices. Such expenses and costs shall be accompanied by receipts and reasonable supporting documentation.

As you demonstrate your ability to manage one client effectively, you will be given the opportunity to take on additional clients, eventually managing up to five clients.
