Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Location Manager to help expand our nonprofit fundraising and community outreach efforts. This role is responsible for identifying, contacting, and securing partnerships with event venues, businesses, and community locations to host nonprofit events and campaigns.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled at relationship-building, and passionate about helping nonprofits connect with local communities.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential event locations and community partners.
Make outbound calls and emails to businesses, venues, and organizations to establish partnership opportunities.
Present nonprofit programs, events, and sponsorship opportunities to prospective partners.
Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between nonprofit representatives and venue partners.
Negotiate event dates, venue availability, and partnership terms.
Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, contacts, and partnership agreements.
Follow up with prospective partners to build long-term relationships.
Coordinate with event planning teams to ensure venue requirements and logistics are met.
Track outreach metrics and provide regular status reports to management.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong phone sales, outreach, or business development experience preferred.
Ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficient with CRM software, spreadsheets, and email communication.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Experience working with nonprofits, fundraising events, or community organizations is a plus.
