Etsy Print-on-Demand Custom T-Shirt Designer & Manager

### About the Role

I am seeking a creative, detail-oriented professional to manage and design for an Etsy print on demand t-shirt store—where every design is customized. This role requires someone who excels in creating unique, customized artwork and has expert-level photoshopping skills to tailor designs that stand out.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Custom Design Creation:**
• Develop unique, trend-savvy t-shirt designs that will be tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Utilize advanced Photoshop skills to manipulate, enhance, and customize designs accurately.
• Prepare designs in print-ready formats, ensuring the highest quality standards.

- **Store Management:**
• Oversee the daily operations of our Etsy store, including listing new products, updating listings, and communicating with customers.
• Optimize product listings with precise SEO, descriptions, tags, and high-quality imagery.

- **Customer Service:**
• Check and respond to customer messages at least 5 days per week.
• Provide excellent after-sales support and manage inquiries promptly and professionally.

- **Operational Coordination:**
• Maintain accurate records of digital design files and operational updates.
• Provide insights and regular performance reports on sales, customer feedback, and market trends.

### Qualifications

- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating custom t-shirt designs or apparel artwork.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar tool is required for custom design editing and photoshopping.
- Familiarity with working in a print on demand environment, specifically with platforms such as Printify.
- Experience with Etsy’s platform, including its policies, SEO best practices, and store management tools is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality, custom work.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
- Must have your own working computer.
- Comfort with using TimeProof to track hours.
