Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for high-end residential projects, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.
Analyze project specifications and collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to refine estimates.
Manage bid processes, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with key vendors and subcontractors.
Review project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities while ensuring top-tier craftsmanship.
Qualifications:

10+ years of estimating experience in luxury residential construction.
Expertise in construction management software such as BuilderTrend and advanced proficiency in Excel.
A deep understanding of high-end materials, finishes, and labor costs.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
