Entry-Level IT Support Specialist w/ Windows Server and Desktop, M365, and Azure experience

**Job Opportunity: Entry-Level IT Support Specialist**

Hello Candidates,

MTSG, an established IT consulting business, is expanding! We provide services to small and medium-sized businesses in the Medical, Legal, and general commerce industries. We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to help and solve problems for an entry-level IT support position. This role offers growth potential, leading to a supervisory position as we expand.

**Responsibilities:**

*Desktop Support (Level 1):*
- Assist with Windows 7/10/11 issues, including updates and network connectivity.
- Provide application support for Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Anti-Virus, OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, and QuickBooks.
- Manage Office 365 tasks such as setting up mailboxes, resetting passwords, and handling licensing.
- Offer user chat support.

*Server Support (Level 1):*
- Manage RMM/MSP servers; knowledge of Atera RMM is a plus.
- Check backup logs and maintain updates.
- Manage and deploy employee training systems.
- Understand Hyper-V operations, Group Policy, shared folders, and Terminal Server/Remote Desktop.

*Networking/Infrastructure:*
- Work with SonicWall, Ubiquiti Dream Machine, and access points.
- Manage QNAP NAS.

*Azure:*
- Deploy VMs into Virtual Networks.
- Configure VMs for optimal cost, performance, and security.
- Backup VMs and potentially provide fail-over recovery.

**Requirements:**
- Fast, reliable internet service.
- Advanced English proficiency.

**Hours of Operation:**
- Monday: 9am-5pm PST
- Tuesday to Friday: 4pm-12am PST
- Optional: One weekend day per month.
