Why This Role Exists We are looking for a singular operational integrator to manage our automated systems. You will serve as the central bridge connecting our payment gateways, relational databases, and compliance documentation. Your objective is to ensure the enterprise runs with strict operational discipline and perfect data hygiene, completely removing the Chairman from daily operational noise.
Core Responsibilities
Workflow Automation: You will manage and maintain the automated logic that connects our financial gateways to our internal databases, ensuring that contracts, payments, and data flow without manual data entry.
Deal Desk Governance: You are the absolute gatekeeper of our commercial pipeline. You will enforce strict binary rules: no project or deal moves forward without a standardized transaction ID and verified payment.
The Exception Queue: You act as the ultimate operational shield. You do not wait for step-by-step instructions. You solve problems independently and only escalate the "Exception Queue" to leadership with fully built solutions that require only a "Yes" or "No" approval.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
The Grounded Operator: You project institutional calm. You are emotionally regulated, highly disciplined, and thrive in structured environments where rules are mathematically defined.
A First-Principles Thinker: You understand the underlying logic of systems. If a process creates ambiguity or financial errors, you flag it and fix it independently.
Technically Proficient: You possess expert literacy in workflow automation, API routing, and relational databases.
Compensation & Structure
Base Rate: $4.00 – $5.00/hr (USD) based on technical capability, plus uncapped, performance-based bonuses tied directly to the successful output of our automated commercial loops.
Tiered Onboarding: Weeks 1 & 2 at 20 hrs/week; Weeks 3 & 4 at 30 hrs/week; transitioning to 40 hrs/week post-trial success.
Healthy Hours: Strictly daytime overlap (PH-AU). We do not do graveyard shifts; we protect your health and circadian rhythms.
