Engineering Manager

We are an engineering consulting firm looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and ensure the quality of our technical deliverables.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage engineers, review technical work, provide guidance and mentorship, and help improve engineering processes and standards.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the engineering team.
* Review engineers' work, drawings, and deliverables for quality and accuracy.
* Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to engineers.
* Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Oversee project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
* Support the development and implementation of engineering standards and best practices.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients as needed.
* Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in an engineering leadership or management role.
* Strong working knowledge of Fusion 360.
* Solid understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.
* Experience reviewing engineering designs and providing technical direction.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
* Experience in product development or mechanical design.
* Experience mentoring and developing engineers.
* Experience working in a consulting or project-based environment.
