Email Support - Customer Service For AliExpress and Shopify

Hi
I have 3 stores on Shopify platform and we work on 3 mailbox via Help Scout software.

We looking for a Customer Service VA who can answer customer emails + Aliexpress Drop shipping support.

Only 3 years + of Experience will be considered!

Job requirements:
- knowledge of Shopify platform - MUST (not basic)
- knowledge of the Aliexpress platform - MUST (not basic)
- Experience with the Help Scout platform
- Experience with ChatGPT and other AI tools


Bonus:
- Experience with the Help Scout platform
- Handle PayPal or Stripe cases and Chargebacks


Detailed training will be provided upon acceptance of the application

Job start immediately only.

Work is 6 days a week mandatory
Sunday is an option for off or as OT.
