Email Marketing for wordpress site Lead

We are seeking a talented and experienced email marketer to join our team and take the lead in producing compelling and converting email campaigns for our brands. Right now we have a special opportunity as we are looking for someone to lead this position. This will be for a cannabis brand. This position is fully open to star we will be at 3$ an hour, after your first few weeks and launches we should get a good idea on what speed we can go at and to give you an increase on performance.

We will give you things to work from and templates.

The work will consist of roughly 2 campaigns a week per brand some cases more
Setting up the flows for brands and making sure they are optimized
We work together as a team to launch our campaigns and offers.
It will require you to do some research on the products and on competitors to see what is working and to recreate.
Experience is a must. but again we will give you a whole dump and inspiration.

The onboarding will be done in two phases - first part time roughly 20 hours weekly then once you are green lighted we will give you more to manage. This is mainly up to you when you feel up to speed. In some cases we know many of you are very strong so we will bypass this.

We do also provide performance bonus.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct market research
-Craft compelling copy using AI and previous working scripts you may have
-Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize performance according to kpi's.
-We will give you all the things as templates you can create
-Launch minimum 2 campaigns per week unless told otherwise

Please provide some accounts you have worked on or if we get on call you can share you screen and show us some results.

Qualifications:

1+ year as a email marketer
Experience crafting converting emails
Use of Klavyio
Experience conducting deep market research
