Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution
Design and deploy
Build automated workflows & optimize them (welcome series, re-engagement, post-purchase nurturing).
Audience Segmentation & Personalization
Segment lists using CRM data (e.g., purchase history, browsing behavior, demographics).
Implement dynamic content to personalize messaging for targeted audiences.
Performance Optimization
A/B test subject lines, CTAs, layouts, and send times to maximize KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion).
Monitor deliverability, inbox placement, and spam compliance (GDPR/CAN-SPAM).
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on campaign performance (revenue, ROAS, unsubscribe rates).
Use insights to refine strategies and present recommendations to ownership.
Tool & Tech Management
Master our ESP ( Klaviyo) and integrate with Shopify.
Stay updated on
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years in
Must be Fluent in English.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with ESPs (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.), HTML/CSS for
Familiarity with analytics tools (Klaviyo, Google Analytics,Shopify).
Soft Skills: Strong copywriting, analytical mindset, project management.
Bonus: Knowledge of SMS marketing, or loyalty programs.
