Email Marketer and Designer (Klaviyo Specialist)

We are a growing e-commerce email marketing agency looking to hire an Email Designer and Marketer with a passion for creating visually stunning, high-performing email campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founder, play a key role in shaping the agency’s growth, and have your work impact a variety of brands.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Email Design: Create visually engaging and conversion-driven emails based on provided copy, ensuring they align with the client’s brand guidelines.
• Email Building in Klaviyo: Build all designed emails directly in Klaviyo (this is a non-negotiable must).
• Email Flows and Automations: Design and build emails to be used in Klaviyo flows/automations, ensuring seamless functionality and an excellent user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the founder to refine creative concepts and deliver high-quality campaigns for multiple clients.
• Mobile Optimization: Ensure all emails are optimized for both mobile and desktop.
• Additional Design Tasks (Optional): If you have other graphic design skills, such as creating landing pages or Facebook ad creatives, that’s a huge plus.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in email marketing and design.
• Skills: Strong graphic design skills, specifically for email marketing. Knowledge of Figma is required.
• Results-Driven: Understand how to design emails that perform well, focusing on metrics like click-through rates and conversion rates.
• Efficiency: Ability to work quickly while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Timezone Alignment: You’ll need to work mostly on Israel time (GMT+2), though some flexibility is fine.
• Tools: Proficiency in Klaviyo (essential) and Figma.
