Email Communicator

We are in the market for an incredibly articulate email communicator who can compose fluent messages in English. Compensation package includes hourly rate + performance. High earning potential!

To do well, you must have a passion for helping customers be successful! Our customer use our sales platform to close more deals, faster, and you'll help them do this by managing their inboxes and tracking progress in our CRM. We're a team, so you'll have plenty of support with training and getting started.

Necessary Skills/Experience:
+Skills writing, proofreading and sending emails via Gmail and Microsoft outlook on behalf of senior executives (e.g. CEOs, Founders, etc.).
+Experience managing multiple inboxes with 50+ messages per day with 100?curacy
+Ability to prioritize your time effectively and manage priorities across multiple customers
+Maintaining perfect grammar, clarity and spelling across all communication.
+Leveraging email templates to quickly manage multiple inboxes and help our customers secure meetings with their prospects.

+To prepare for success, you'll need to research:
-The Executives (we will share each individuals' social media accounts, articles, etc.) you're ghostwriting on behalf of
-The Executives' organization + product & services
-The professionals/prospects/peers you'll be exchanging emails with so that your communications are relatable.

Gmail & Microsoft Outlook
Salesforce
Slack
