Ecommerce Virtual Assistant

Position: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST
Compensation: $5 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled E-commerce Assistant Specialist for both Amazon and Shopify with a background in product research, product listing optimization, collections, and customer support.


Main Responsibilities:

Product Research: Evaluating the potential of products, identifying lucrative niches, and analyzing market trends.
Product Listing Optimization: Help with the addition of new products to our online store, making sure that the pricing, descriptions, photos, and other information are correct.
Shopify Collections; facilitates product categorization, making it simpler for customers to locate the goods they're looking for (both manually and automatically).
Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer care by answering questions, fixing problems, and providing product details promptly.

Qualifications:

Pertinent to e-commerce operations or a related position
Knowledge of e-commerce systems, particularly Amazon and Shopify
Good attention to detail and organizing abilities. The capacity to efficiently multitask and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in both written and spoken communication.
An appropriate home office setup and a dependable internet connection.
