We are seeking an experienced E-commerce/Amazon Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize supply chain operations for Amazon and other e-commerce channels. This role focuses on inventory management, demand planning, vendor relations, and logistics to ensure seamless product availability and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
> Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, manage FBA shipments, and minimize stockouts or overstock.
> Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales trends and coordinate with sales and marketing for accurate forecasting.
> Vendor Management: Build relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure on-time delivery from suppliers.
> Logistics: Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, optimize costs, and manage 3PL providers.
> Amazon Operations: Manage FBA compliance, monitor performance metrics (e.g., IPI scores), and resolve listing or capacity issues.
> Data & Reporting: Track KPIs, use tools like Seller Central and analytics platforms to identify trends and improve efficiency.
> Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and explore eco-friendly and cost-effective solutions.
Qualifications:
> Experience: 3-5 years in supply chain management with a focus on Amazon/e-commerce.
> Skills: Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, ERP systems, Excel, and analytics tools.
> Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
> Preferred: Experience with Amazon tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout) and private-label operations.
