We're a US-based toy company that makes educational games for kids. Founded by two psychologists, our mission is to help kids live happier, better lives. We are looking to fill a LONG-TERM part-time position for an Ecommerce Store Assistant. We want someone with at least 3 years experience that can help us complete a variety of administrative tasks across Amazon and other ecommerce channels. If you are reliable and do a great job, we will hire you full time.
We are looking for someone that can help us with the following tasks:
1. Creating and synchronizing product listings in different ecommerce marketplaces
2. Monitoring and optimizing product listings, inventory, and pricing
3. Setting up and monitoring promotions across different marketplaces
4. Handling customer service and maintaining positive seller ratings
5. Creating and responding to Amazon support cases as needed

Starting schedule is 20 hours/week, but will expand to full-time if you do great work. Starting salary is up to $800/month, depending on experience and other qualifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written)
* Amazing problem-solving skills and ability to learn new tasks quickly
* A minimum of 3 years experience in ecommerce
* Experience with writing and optimizing marketplace listings
* Strong attention to detail. If this describes you, write “focused” as the first word in your application
* Excellent analytic skills and ability to work with spreadsheets and databases
* Being ORGANIZED is essential to success in this position
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
* Flexible hours, but you must be available for 1-2 hours daily overlap with EST time for collaboration (9PM-5AM Philippines Time).
* Pay is distributed twice a month on 1st and 15th.
* We pay 13th Month Bonus.
* We give annual pay increases based on performance.
* Every month you work you will earn 1 paid personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
* We offer 7 flexible paid public holidays.
