Ecommerce P&L & Daily ROAS Data Entry Specialist

Immediate Start | Long-Term Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce P&L & Daily ROAS Data Entry Specialist to join our team immediately.

This is not an accounting position.

Your responsibility is to accurately update our daily ecommerce performance spreadsheets so we always have a clear overview of our business.

Your responsibilities

You will receive access to our ecommerce dashboards and spreadsheets.

Your daily tasks include:
* Update daily revenue
* Update Meta ad spend
* Calculate and update daily ROAS
* Update Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
* Calculate daily profit and loss (P&L)
* Keep all reports organised and up to date
* Double-check every number before submitting
* Send daily a short Report to the CEO.

Accuracy is extremely important. Small mistakes can lead to incorrect business decisions.

Requirements:
* Experience with ecommerce businesses
* Experience working with Shopify and Meta Ads reporting
* Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable working with numbers and daily reports
* Reliable, organised and able to follow instructions
* Available to start immediately

Hours:
* Approximately 10–20 hours per week
* Opportunity for significantly more hours based on performance and accuracy
