The eCommerce Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Specialist is a remote job that will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience, from ordering to receiving their products. This role includes processing orders, handling customer inquiries, managing inventory, and generating reports to track order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and key metrics.
Responsibilities:
1. Order Fulfillment & Inventory Management
-Process and fulfill daily customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
-Organize and maintain inventory levels; notify the team of low-stock items.
-Collaborate with vendors or warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
2. Customer Service
-Respond to customer inquiries via
-Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, including returns, refunds, and shipping concerns.
-Provide tracking information and status updates on orders.
3. Weekly Reporting
-Prepare and maintain weekly reports on order fulfillment, inventory levels, customer satisfaction metrics, and other KPIs.
-Identify and report on trends or issues related to order processing and customer interactions.
-Work closely with management to streamline and improve the order fulfillment process.
Requirements:
-Previous experience, 1yr+ preferred in eCommerce, order fulfillment, or customer service roles.
-Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-Proficiency in Amazon FBA/Ebay Dropshipping/TikTok Dropshipping.
-Familiarity with basic data reporting and Excel/Google Sheets.
