JOB OVERVIEW

We're a US-based direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand in the health and research-products space. The store is fully built (brand, products, WooCommerce site, supplier) but currently idle. We're looking for one capable operator to take it from built to running and growing. You'll own the day to day so the founder can stay on strategy and brand.
Important: our product category cannot be advertised on Facebook or Google. Growth has to come from owned and earned channels. If your only skill is running paid social ads, this role is not for you. If you know how to grow a store through email, SMS, SEO, content, and affiliates, keep reading.

What you'll own:

Email
and SMS marketing (campaigns, flows, list reactivation) using Klaviyo or similar
SEO and content (product pages, blog, on-page basics)
Affiliate and influencer outreach and management
Store management in WooCommerce (products, pricing, promos, basic troubleshooting)
Inventory and reorder tracking, plus supplier and fulfillment coordination
Customer support and reviews
Simple weekly reporting on revenue, orders, traffic, and email performance

Must-have skills:
2+ years running or managing a DTC ecommerce store
Hands-on experience with WooCommerce (or strong Shopify experience and willing to learn Woo)
Proven email/SMS marketing results (Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar)
Working SEO and content knowledge
Experience growing a brand that could NOT rely on Facebook/Google ads
Excellent written English and clear, proactive communication

Nice to have:
Affiliate or influencer program experience
Supplements, wellness, or restricted-category ecommerce experience
Basic design ability (Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, light graphics)

Hours:
Start part-time, 15 to 20 hours per week, with room to grow to full-time as revenue grows.

Pay:
Monthly base plus a performance bonus tied to revenue, so you share in the upside you create. We'll discuss specifics based on your experience.

How to apply:
Start your reply with the word PULSE so I know you read this. Then answer two questions in a few sentences each: (1) Describe a store you grew without paid social ads and what you actually did. (2) If you took over an idle store with an existing email list and product catalog, what are the first three things you'd do in week one?
