JOB OVERVIEW

About Us
We are a high-performing, lean $10MM e-commerce business based in Georgia, USA. Operating with a tight-knit team of 10 (3 in the Philippines), we value high leverage, smart systems, and zero bureaucratic bloat.

Role Overview
As our E-commerce Merchandising Manager, you will completely own product merchandising, from product data accuracy to how it's merchandised on the site to drive conversion rate. We are looking for a strategic, eagle-eyed leader who deeply understands how USA customers shop online and knows exactly how to configure a product listing for optimal performance.

In this role, you will drive revenue growth by strategically rearranging collections, optimizing sort orders, and building clear page hierarchies. You will be expected to quickly recognize when a listing image needs a tweak, when product data is incorrect, or when richer product information can lift conversion rates. Additionally, you will proactively identify Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) opportunities across the entire website.

Key Responsibilities
Storefront & Hierarchy Merchandising: Constantly analyze and rearrange collections, navigation structures, and product sort orders to optimize digital shelf space and maximize revenue growth.

Listing Optimization & Conversion: Audit product detail pages to ensure they are built to convert. Recognize when a product image needs to be tweaked or when copy and technical specifications require more clarity to ease a customer's buying decision.

Data Integrity Auditing: Maintain absolute precision across our catalog. Routinely verify data to catch and correct product information errors, pricing discrepancies, or technical specification mistakes.

Proactive CRO Identification: Serve as the internal champion for the user experience. Move through the site through the eyes of the consumer to identify friction points and map out new CRO opportunities.

Creative & Technical Direction: Know how to translate your merchandising and CRO insights into clear & actionable guidance to our front-end developers and graphic designers so they can execute your merchandising vision.

Job Requirements
E-commerce Merchandising Expertise: Strong background managing digital storefronts, product catalogs, and site architecture (Shopify ecosystem experience highly preferred).

Deep Shopper Empathy: A proven understanding of online consumer behavior, search intent, and the visual/textual elements that drive a customer to hit "Add to Cart."

Extreme Attention to Detail: An innate ability to spot minor data inconsistencies, formatting glitches, poor image quality, or missing product details that others overlook.

CRO & UX Mindset: Strong competency in identifying website usability issues and conversion blockers, with the ability to articulate those problems into solutions for technical teams.

Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills. You must be able to write clear, unambiguous instructions and briefs for remote designers and developers.

High Autonomy: A self-starter mentality. You thrive in a fully remote environment, manage your time effectively, and proactively solve problems before they are flagged to leadership.
