Ecommerce Logistics, Warehousing and Shopify management

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage the behind-the-scenes of our growing eCommerce business. If you’re someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, knows their way around Shopify, and has experience with order fulfillment and logistics, we’d love to hear from you.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
Managing daily Shopify orders and tracking info

Liaising with 3PL/warehousing partners to ensure smooth dispatch and restocks

Monitoring inventory levels and flagging when stock needs to be reordered

Creating and updating product listings, tags, and collections in Shopify

Assisting with returns, exchanges, and customer service follow-up as needed

Coordinating international shipments and resolving logistics issues

Helping with reporting (e.g. stock reports, order accuracy, delivery performance)

???? What We’re Looking For:
Experience with Shopify (essential)

Background in eCommerce logistics, fulfillment, or warehousing

Super organized and able to work independently

Clear and confident communicator (especially in writing)

Comfortable working with spreadsheets and order management tools

Bonus if you’ve worked with tools like ShipStation, DEAR, or similar
