We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via
Handle order changes, including modifications, cancellations, and returns.
Resolve customer disputes and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Process refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Track and manage customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
Collaborate with other tea
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve processes and products.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Service VA or in a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in using
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
High level of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Available to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in e-commerce customer service.
Knowledge of order management systems and dispute resolution processes.
Ability to provide creative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
