Job Opportunity: Shopify Chargeback Specialist

We're hiring a Shopify Chargeback Specialist experienced in handling PayPal or Shopify disputes. You'll help us protect our business by managing chargebacks professionally and effectively.

Requirements:

- Fluent English: Voice interview required.
- Chargeback Experience: Must have prior experience with PayPal or Shopify chargebacks.
- Shopify Backend: Familiarity with chargeback handling, order verification, and payment disputes.

Responsibilities:

- Promptly manage Shopify chargeback notifications.
- Investigate, document, and respond to disputes professionally.
- Communicate empathetically with customers to resolve disputes when possible.
- Track and report chargeback trends.
- Maintain accurate records of chargebacks.
- Available Monday to Saturday (up to 2-3 hours/day) - This is a part time job (not full employment)
- Use Timeproof for productivity tracking.
