We are looking for someone with PROVEN work experience working directly inside Business operations, with founders for growth initiatives, or other business project management related work.

We own and operate multiple ecommerce businesses in the industrial, safety, and equipment sectors. Our goal is simple: build great businesses, solve bottlenecks, grow profitably, and create systems that scale.

We're looking for an exceptional operator based in the Philippines who can help us move faster, improve execution, and remove bottlenecks across the business.

This is not a virtual assistant role.

This is not a task-completion role.

We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner, solves problems independently, and drives outcomes.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with the founder and help manage day-to-day execution across multiple ecommerce brands.

Responsibilities may include:

Driving key company initiatives from idea to completion
Following up with tea ---------- mbers and ensuring deadlines are met
Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions
Coordinating designers, developers, marketers, customer service, and operations
Building SOPs, systems, and processes
Managing project timelines and priorities
Helping launch new products and categories
Reviewing websites and identifying conversion opportunities
Monitoring KPIs and business performance
Improving team accountability and execution speed
Taking ownership of problems and driving them to resolution

Requirements
Must Have
Exceptional English communication
Strong organizational skills

Experience working with remote teams
