You will be doing a variety of tasks, most of which I will create a tutorial for you. Pay will be determined based on skill level of applicants.
Some of the tasks include:
- Customer service (questions, returns, warranty, quotes, follow ups)
- General admin work (organization, reports, data)
- Writing SEO friendly blogs and reformatting content
- Update / design brand resources (user manuals, product guides)
- Shopify store maintenance and design
- Uploading ads / schedule social media content
- Research
Software we use:
- Shopify | Gorgias | ClickUp | Slack
Requirements:
- You must have GREAT written English.
- Previous experience with these tasks and being a virtual assistant

We are a company that makes athletic performance devices. These devices are used by athletes and coaches to measure and improve performance (jump height, lifting speed, strength, etc). We are growing very fast and need help with company operations.
A video call and sample project will be required before hiring. You will be paid for the sample project.
