Ecom Specalist

I am Looking for ONE Person, Who will be devoted entirely To one of my Brands.

This person's Daily will look like,

- Building Reports using Meta Ad manager & Shopify, tracking kpis like Ads pend to Revenue, Conversion rate, Traffic,

-Handling and ensuring the customer receives the order, That means, Maintaining order Fulfillment Via Our Logistics dashboards, Also, Because we're not just drop-shipping, You will need to maintain inventory levels, and prepare orders for future Sales, Routing out And providing tracking numbers to customers if requested.

- You will be tasked with 3-4 Periodic Checks of ALL of the brands Inboxes, ie: Responding to customers messages, on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Email, etc.

- You will be responding to comments and leads, and generating them through direct marketing with engaged consumers.

-You will Create Daily posts for the social media pages, and ensure they all get posted on all platforms.

- Write blog posts twice a week,

- Create new ideas for Offers, like bundles, new products, and Things alike.

- Responding to charge-backs, if any arrive.

-Reaching Out to influences in the space and offering products to them for ugc.
