JOB OVERVIEW

Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual with 2+ years of email design, scheduling and email flow execution/maintenance including e-commerce and digital marketing experience. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly develop, implement and execute key projects and tasks. The EMS Coordinator will work closely with our Marketing team to develop and design email campaigns and flows, A/B testing and review analytics to enhance future messaging. Alongside email, the ideal candidate could work on marketing collateral, site/email content, and other visual materials that effectively communicate our brand message to our customers around the world. This candidate will work closely with the Marketing and E-commerce team alongside a wide range of external and internal team members from digital media agencies to finance, sales, merchandising, marketing and brand management.

Job Requirements and Tasks:
• Work with Creative and Marketing teams to develop and execute email creative and cadence for all DTC channels with Canada, USA, UK and Australia
• Work with marketing to develop and execute email campaigns and flows including A/B testing where needed and deep dive into email analytics to enhance performance
• Partner on DTC product launches and platform launches of new marketplace onboarding.
• Work with the creative team to obtain and align to marketing calendars, and business brief and upload content.

Key Skills / Experience:
• At least 2-5 years of experience in email development and scheduling, email template design and flow execution
• Capable of building Klaviyo campaigns and flows based on existing templates, blocks and creative direction
• Familiar with scheduling frequent Klaviyo campaign communications, including A/B tests
• Versed in third-party Klaviyo integrations and testing
• Previous experience using Pics.io or similar DAM platforms
• Experience in digital media operations and publishing on platforms Shopify, Klayvio, Google Suite, Amazon, Hoot Suite (or similar) and Google Ads
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and experience with Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates creative and innovative design concepts and execution across different mediums.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under tight deadlines, & produce high-quality work.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills alongside the ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment.
• Diligence and detail-oriented in the execution of tasks
• Strong organizational, adaptation skills and people skills



You are:
• Comfortable with technology. You are computer savvy and both able and willing to learn new software tools or programs as we adopt them.
• Self-motivated with the ability to think outside the box.
• Able to work between 9 am to 5 pm (EST) Toronto time with some open availability of overtime.

Other Information/requirements:
Wage: $900 to 1000 USD per month, must have an active Payoneer Account to receive the payment.
Start Date: ASAP
Must have daily access to high-speed internet access, computer/laptop, headphones/microphones, and quiet working space for office meetings.
Must have Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Klayvio, and MS Office installed on your computer.
