We run paid media at scale for DTC and e-commerce brands across European markets — and we're looking for an editor who gets the why behind every cut, not just the how.

This isn't a role for someone who waits for a brief and assembles clips. We need someone who can watch raw footage and know instinctively which B-roll makes the hook land — who understands that the wrong cutaway kills a conversion and the right one doubles watch time. Output: 3–4 finished edits per day


What you'll own


Edit short-form ad creative for Meta and TikTok — fast, punchy, conversion-oriented
Choose and sequence B-roll with intent — every clip serves the hook, reinforces the claim, or deepens the emotional pull
Build visual hooks that stop the scroll — you know the first 1–2 seconds are the entire game
Cut UGC, founder, and testimonial footage into structured formats (Hook ? Problem ? Mechanism ? CTA)
Generate AI video assets in Higgsfield and similar tools — realistic, on-brand footage that blends seamlessly with real clips
Produce modular assets that repurpose cleanly across placements and audiences


Non-negotiables

Proven DTC/e-commerce ad editing. You've edited ads that actually ran on Meta or TikTok for real brands. You understand pacing curves, attention drop-off, and how to build an edit around a conversion goal — not just aesthetics.

Intentional B-roll selection. You don't fill gaps, you amplify the script. You know when a reaction shot beats a product shot, and when on-screen text does more work than either.

Visual hook creation. You think visually first. You can concept and execute an opening that creates immediate pattern interruption — without leaning on the script to carry it.

Higgsfield + AI fluency. You're already comfortable prompting and generating realistic AI video, and you know how to make Higgsfield output that doesn't read as AI. We provide advanced internal training — but you need a real foundation to build on.

Strong English comprehension. Most scripts and voiceovers are in English. You need to catch nuance, not just words, so your edit rhythm matches what's being said and why.

Comfortable in Notion. We run briefs, trackers, and feedback through Notion. You don't need to be a power user, but you need to work inside it day to day without friction.

Nice to have


VSL or long-form ad formats for cold traffic
Direct response frameworks (AIDA, PAS, and similar)
Other AI video tools beyond Higgsfield (Kling, Runway, Pika)
Working knowledge of Meta ad structure — formats, ratios, placements
