???? Video Editor (High-Output, Performance Ads)

Are you a highly skilled video editor who understands marketing psychology and can produce a lot of quality output — fast?

We’re hiring a top-tier video editor to help us scale high-performing video assets for DTC & E-commerce ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

This is not a “one-video-a-day” role.

You must be efficient, structured, and experienced enough to handle high daily volume while maintaining strong storytelling and conversion focus.

If you can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, conversion-driven ads at speed — read on.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Edit short-form performance ads for:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts
• Structure videos around proven funnels:
Hook ? Problem ? Unique Mechanism ? CTA
• Edit and reframe:
• VSL-style videos
• Listicle-style ads
• UGC mashups
• Use:
• Captions & punchy subtitles
• Motion graphics
• B-roll
---------- s, sound effects & pacing tricks to boost retention
• Deliver modular assets we can reuse across platforms

Output Expectations (Very Important)

This role requires high daily output.

You should be comfortable delivering approximately:
• 4–5 VSL-style videos per day, or
• 8+ shorter ad edits per day

You must be:
• Fast
• Organized
• Extremely efficient with your workflow

We are scaling — and speed matters.

Must-Have Skills
• Strong editing sense for:
• Pacing
• Attention curves
• Emotional flow
• Ability to build narrative structure, not just “pretty edits”
• Proven experience with ad-first editing
• Confident using:
• Premiere Pro
• Final Cut
• CapCut
• DaVinci Resolve
• Excellent English comprehension
(most scripts & voiceovers are in English)
• Strong eye for visual storytelling & retention

Bonus (Nice to Have)
• Experience editing performance ads or VSLs
• UGC-style editing with fast cuts & strong subtitles
• Familiarity with psychological ad frameworks
(AIDA, PAS, etc.)
• Background in direct response marketing or e-commerce
