Join Our Team as an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant!

We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and driven E-Commerce Virtual Assistants (3) to be the backbone of our growing online brands. If you love turning customer challenges into wins, thrive on keeping things organized, and have a passion for the digital space, we want to meet you!

What You Will Do (Roles & Responsibilities)

1. Heart of Communication: Reply to customer emails and live chats using macro templates. Handle occasional inbound/outbound calls. Craft warm, professional responses for complex cases.

2. Order Mastery: Keep orders moving smoothly by updating information, managing shipping updates, tracking details, and status changes with precision.

3. Financial Accuracy: Safeguard revenue by accurately handling refunds, resends, and credit adjustments while reconciling transactions across our payment processors.

4. Problem Solver: We need someone resolution-focused, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions and processes accurately based on our Customer Service SOP. Collaborate with management and fulfillment to resolve concerns quickly.

5. Keeper of Our Product Catalog: Oversee inventory updates and play a key role in executing new product launches by creating, optimizing, and publishing product listings with accuracy and attention to detail.

6. Social Media & Content Support: Manage social media accounts, including Instagram and TikTok. Create on-brand visual content using Canva for posts, stories, and promotions to support brand growth.

7. Industry Research: Conduct research relevant to the peptide industry, including competitor analysis, product trends, and market insights to support business decisions.

8. Project & Task Management: Handle multiple ongoing projects simultaneously, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Use task management tools to stay organized, meet deadlines, and keep all stakeholders updated.

9. Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, documentation, and other administrative tasks as they arise.

What You Should Have (Mandatory Requirements)

Core Experience & Skills

a. 1-2 years of e-commerce or customer support experience (WooCommerce preferred) in a work-from-home environment.
Excellent written and spoken English.
b. Experience handling email tickets using CRMs like Front, Gorgias, Zendesk, Reamaze, etc.
c. Familiarity with e-commerce tools like Shopify and WooCommerce, and 3PL or warehouse coordination. Mention your favorite TV Show / Movie in your cover letter to be considered for the role.
d. Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.

Technical & Workspace

a. Quiet workspace and headset for occasional calls.
b. Reliable internet connection and consistent availability.
c. Must be available to work at any given time schedule, including weekends.

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points!)

Social Media & Design
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts (content posting, engagement, basic strategy).
- Proficient in Canva for creating graphics, templates, and promotional materials.

Industry Knowledge
- Familiarity or genuine interest in the peptide/wellness industry is a strong advantage.
