JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a skilled E-commerce Recruiter / HR to join our team.

Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
* 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing space.
* Proven experience in recruiting for roles related to Listing Optimization, such as marketplace managers, product listing specialists, SEO experts, and content marketers.
* Familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
* Strong understanding of product listing optimization techniques on platforms like Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, or similar.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices related to product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for improved search rankings on e-commerce platforms.
* Familiarity with A/B testing and performance metrics for product listings.
* Understanding of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Google Keyword Planner used for keyword research and listing optimization.

E-commerce Industry Knowledge
* Knowledge of various e-commerce business models (B2C, B2B, DTC) and related roles.
* Ability to recruit for positions such as graphic designers, marketplace specialists, digital marketing experts, content managers, SEO specialists, etc.
* Awareness of current e-commerce trends, including the growing importance of mobile commerce, omnichannel strategies, and cross-border selling.

Technical Skills
* Proficient with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards.
* Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies, utilizing recruitment analytics to streamline the hiring process.
* Understanding of digital marketing channels and how they interact with e-commerce, including PPC, social media, and affiliate marketing.

Soft Skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, especially when explaining technical requirements to candidates and hiring managers.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their e-commerce needs and find the right talent for roles requiring listing optimization.


Recruitment Responsibilities
* Identify, source, and screen candidates with skills in listing optimization for various e-commerce platforms.
* Conduct interviews to assess candidates' understanding of product ranking algorithms, keyword strategies, and conversion optimization.
* Work with hiring managers to define specific job requirements, particularly those focusing on enhancing product visibility and performance on marketplaces.
? Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on e-commerce roles in product management, digital marketing, and listing optimization.
