E commerce Operations Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage our online store and fulfillment process. You will be responsible for creating new products in Shopify, generating SKU numbers, and setting up purchase orders (POs) in ShipHero to ensure smooth inventory and order fulfillment. You will also assist with customer support inquiries through Gorgias, helping to resolve order and shipping issues.

Requirements:
• Proficient in Shopify (product creation, SKU management)
• Experience with ShipHero (inventory management, POs)
• Familiarity with Gorgias (customer support)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
