Job Description:
Join the innovative team at Queen Anna House of Fashion, a pioneering e-commerce brand dedicated to empowering women through fashion. We seek a detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and hard-working Virtual Merchandise Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of our product orders. Your role will ensure our products are presented in the best possible light, enhancing their online appeal and sales potential.

**Responsibilities:**
1. **Comprehensive Product Management:** Oversee the process from product selection to online listing, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
2. **Shopify Platform Expertise:** Process purchase orders within Shopify, mastering the platform for optimal product presentation and sales.
3. **Content Creation:** Utilize tools like Canva for editing and resizing images, generating alt text, and crafting compelling product descriptions with meta descriptions and synonym keywords for enhanced visibility on our website and Google Shopping.
4. **Product Optimization:** Manage product listings within Shopify, focusing on visual appeal and monitoring performance to ensure products are presented in the best light and are quickly sold.
5. **Process Management:** Efficiently use Notion and the Stocky app to manage processes and keep track of inventory and order fulfillment.

**Qualifications:**
- Experience with Shopify, Canva, and Notion, and proficiency in image editing.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and follow detailed instructions.
- A reliable desktop or laptop with fast internet access, capable of handling sophisticated applications.
- Team player willing to learn and grow within the e-commerce space.


Position Expectations:
As an E-commerce Merchandising Manager with Queen Anna House of Fashion, you will be instrumental in shaping our product line's online presentation and sales success. This role demands high professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to meet and exceed set targets. Below are the key expectations for this role:

Adherence to Work Hours: You must be available online from 11 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Flexibility to adjust work hours according to project demands and deadlines is also expected.

Meeting or Exceeding Deadlines: Managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks is crucial. You should demonstrate a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines, with the capability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail is required for product selection, listing, and optimization. This includes accurately processing purchase orders, editing and resizing images and writing detailed product descriptions that enhance visibility and sales.

Proactive Communication: Clear, concise, and effective communication with the team and management is essential. It would be best to be proactive in reporting progress, identifying potential issues, and suggesting improvements.

Technology Proficiency: Mastery of Shopify, Canva, Notion, and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools is expected. Your role will involve leveraging these technologies to streamline our merchandising processes efficiently.
