JOB OVERVIEW

As the E-commerce (Amazon and Walmart) Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team dedicated to ensuring the success of our E-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will excel in project management, team coordination, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for optimizing product listings to enhance visibility and conversion rates.

Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and industry regulations, staying informed about updates and changesOversee inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment strategies to meet demand while minimizing overstock or stockouts.

Collaborate with relevant teams to streamline inventory processes and minimize holding costs.

Monitor account health metrics and proactively address any issues impacting performance.

Lead efforts to resolve listing-related challenges promptly and efficiently, collaborating with
cross-functional teams as needed.

Conduct regular client calls to provide updates on E-commerce performance, discuss strategies for
improvement, and address any concerns.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and align E-commerce strategies
accordingly.

Lead E-commerce projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to
quality standards.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and
deliverables.

Lead and inspire a team of E-commerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work
environment.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and regular feedback to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, promoting professional growth
and development.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with E-commerce analytics tools and reporting.

Knowledge of marketplace algorithms and SEO principles.

Experience with cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

At least 5 years of experience in E-commerce (Amazon and Walmart), with a focus on listing optimization, compliance,
inventory management, and account health.

Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms and industry best practices.

Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles
