JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce and Buying Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in managing our e-commerce platforms and websites while supporting the Buyer in purchasing, vendor relations, and inventory management. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the consumer products industry and a passion for e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Buyer in purchasing products from vendors and online auctions.
List and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart, WooCommerce, Shopify, and Facebook Marketplace.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Analyze sales data and inventory levels to optimize product performance.
Support the customer service team in resolving order issues and inquiries.
Generate and update sales orders and purchase orders.
Manage email, phone, and other communications with vendors and customers.
Coordinate incoming deliveries with vendors and freight companies.
Monitor and maintain the health and feedback of e-commerce accounts.
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and stay productive in a remote setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience selling products online (eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, Walmart, etc.) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
Strong internet research skills.
