E-Commerce Virtual Assistant

???? Hiring: E-Commerce Virtual Assistant (20 Hours/Week to Start)

We're looking for an experienced E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to join our team and work directly with the founder of a fast-growing e-commerce brand.

This role will start at **20 hours per week**, with the opportunity to move to **40 hours per week** for the right person.

**What you'll be doing:**

* Customer support (emails, DMs, and comments)
* Handling shipping delays and customer inquiries
* Chargeback evidence collection
* Uploading and organizing ads in Meta Ads Manager
* Researching competitors and top-performing brands
* Finding, downloading, and organizing winning ads
* Organizing creative assets, offers, and marketing materials
* Data reporting and basic business tracking
* Assisting the founder with day-to-day operations
* Basic graphic design and content creation

**Requirements:**

* Must have previous experience working with an e-commerce brand
* Strong English communication skills
* Experience with Shopify
* Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager
* Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Able to work independently and solve problems

**Bonus Points:**

* Graphic design experience
* Basic video editing skills
* Direct-response marketing experience
* Experience supporting brands doing $100k+/month
