Overview
Were looking for a full-time remote Video Editor to join our team and take ownership of creative production for our performance marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who is both a strong storyteller and a highly skilled editor. You'll transform raw content into compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions across
You'll work on a variety of formats including UGC ads, testimonials, mashups, social content, B-roll videos, and TikTok/Reels-style creatives.
Output Expectations
- 8–10 unique edited videos per week
- Additional hook variations, iterations, resizing, and creative testing assets as needed
- Mix of ad styles: UGC, testimonial, social content, mashups, B-roll, TikTok/Reels
Core Responsibilities
- Review large volumes of raw footage and identify the strongest clips, hooks, and story angles
- Transform UGC and testimonial content into high-performing direct-response ads
- Create engaging edits using text overlays, subtitles, product callouts, motion graphics, pop-ups, stickers, and visual enhancements
- Balance strong storytelling with excellent editing craft, pacing, and viewer retention
- Proactively suggest creative concepts, editing approaches, and performance-driven improvements
- Stay informed on current Meta and TikTok creative trends, hooks, and ad formats
- Maintain organized project structures, asset libraries, and naming conventions
- Manage deadlines effectively and consistently deliver high-quality work on time
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3+ years of video editing experience, preferably in DTC e-commerce, performance marketing, or creative agencies
- Proven experience creating ads for
- Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to turn raw footage into engaging narratives that convert viewers into buyers
- Advanced editing skills including pacing, sound design, visual effects, animated text, and creative enhancements
- Experience with After Effects or similar tools for motion graphics, animated text, product callouts, and visual enhancements
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing content libraries and project structures
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects independently
- Strong English communication skills
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with US, European, or other Western-market brands
- Experience with AI-powered creative workflows and video generation tools
- Familiarity with AI UGC platforms, creative automation tools, Higgsfield Creative Studio, and similar technologies
- Understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance marketing metrics
