Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Store Setup & Management Assistant. This role primarily focuses on setting up and managing e-commerce stores across multiple platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Walmart), with secondary responsibilities in graphic design to support branding and product visuals. Key Responsibilities:

Store Setup & Management:

Set up and manage e-commerce stores on platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
Customize store layouts, themes, and settings to ensure a seamless user experience and alignment with our brand identity.
Optimize stores for mobile responsiveness and fast loading times, providing a superior shopping experience.
Regularly update product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory across all platforms.
Monitor store performance and make necessary adjustments to improve sales, conversion rates, and customer experience.
Product Research & Management:

Conduct comprehensive product research to identify trending items and evaluate new opportunities.
Manage the product upload process, ensuring proper categorization, image quality, and pricing consistency.
Track and update inventory levels regularly to avoid stock issues and ensure smooth operation.
Graphic Design (Secondary Responsibility):

Assist with the creation of product images, banners, and marketing materials as needed.
Support the design and development of logos, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva to assist with basic design tasks for product listings and store visuals.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in setting up and managing e-commerce stores on platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including product listings, store optimization, and customer experience.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva is preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Passion for e-commerce with an eye for trends and market demands.
Bonus Skills:

Experience with product photography or photo editing.
Familiarity with SEO principles and how to apply them to product listings to improve visibility.
Knowledge of social media marketing and its integration with e-commerce platforms.
