Role Overview:
We are a dynamic e-commerce store seeking a Marketing Assistant to enhance our digital presence and engage our customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce marketing, with strong skills in graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:
- Design engaging graphics using Canva and Adobe Suite for various marketing materials, including social media posts, flyers, and pamphlets.
- Execute email marketing campaigns aimed at re-engaging previous customers and encouraging repeat purchases.
- Develop and manage a content strategy for social media platforms, incorporating graphic design, copywriting, and basic video editing.
- Perform hashtag research and competitor analysis to ensure our content is relevant and competitive.
- Update and maintain our Shopify website, ensuring it is visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Create and publish SEO-friendly blog content to improve our website's visibility and organic search rankings.
- Develop a comprehensive SEO strategy to enhance website performance and traffic.
- Conduct website audits and optimise for improved performance and user experience.
- Plan and prepare for the launch of our TikTok channel, aiming to expand our reach to new audiences.


Requirements:

- Proven experience in marketing, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite.
- Experienced in managing email marketing campaigns and social media content creation.
- Knowledgeable in SEO practices and website optimization.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform content and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Rate: $520 AUD per month
