E-Commerce Manager / Webshop Setup & Development

Your mission:
You are not just an E-Commerce Manager. You are the person who will build our webshop from the ground up – and then drive its systematic further development.

You are solution-oriented, bring your own ideas to the table and implement them consistently. Your goal: a well-functioning, clearly structured and scalable online sales channel.

Your field of responsibility:
• Setup and go-live of our webshop (B2B – tradespeople & dealers)
• Further development and continuous optimization of the shop
• Development of a clear e-commerce strategy
• Structuring and maintaining our product range in the shop
• Optimization of user guidance, processes and conversion
• Analyzing key figures and translating insights into concrete actions
• Coordination with Sales, Marketing and IT
• Supporting the ERP integration (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / with a future transition to Business Central)
• Collaboration with external service providers
• Contributing to online marketing and sales approaches

What you should bring to the role (must-have):
• Experience in setting up a webshop
• Strong hands-on mentality
• Technical understanding of e-commerce systems
• A structured and independent way of working
• Confidence in working with numbers and KPIs
• Very good English language skills

Nice-to-have:
• Experience with the Magento shop system
• Knowledge of online marketing (SEO / SEA)
• Experience in a B2B environment
• German language skills
